Absolutely! During your trial, you can change your account from within your dashboard at any time, and instantly unlock access to features at the new plan level for the remainder of your free trial period. You will not be charged until your trial ends.

After your trial has ended, and your account has become an active, paid account, you can change your plan at any time from right inside your settings dashboard. When upgrading, you’ll be charged the difference between your current plan and your newly selected plan. The amount charged will be prorated based on when you made your last payment and the time remaining on your current billing cycle.

When downgrading, the balance on your account will be applied to your new plan before new charges are incurred.

We ask for your valid credit card information for two reasons: 1) to prevent fraud, and 2) so that you (and your website visitors) don’t experience any interruption in service when your free 14-day trial is over and converts into an active, paid account. You can cancel your account (or change which payment method you wish to use) any time within the trial period.

At this time, Cartzy only accepts credit cards for account subscriptions. Cartzy accepts all major credit cards. You can change your payment method any time during or after your trial. At this time, we do not accept pre-paid debit cards, cryptocurrency (such as bitcoin or ethereum), or personal checks.
